One of the great things about my job is getting to work with different people and businesses, helping them get photography and images for their website. It exposes me to so many aesthetics, and challenges me to blend my photography style with their business needs and brand image. Recently I had the pleasure of working with Swell Body and Boutique. The owner, Emily was so fun to work with and it was so neat to photography some actual bodies in motion.
Her new Charlestown shop and studio has the cutest jewelry and workout wear, along with a full Pilates and Gyrotonics studio.

The website for Flock Boston boutique launched today. I did the photography for the site a few weeks ago and through the vision and artistry of JS Graphic Design the site is complete! I love how they incorporated the photo corner and inspiration board type feel for the whole site. The shop, owned and operated by the lovely Danielle Kupsc, has a beautiful, earthy, artistic feel that I tried to capture and reflect in the photography. I think the website did a great job of creating a virtual home for this darling shop. If you live in the Boston area you have to pop in a see it for yourself…oh and be prepared to want everything in it!
Home Page – I just love the parchment paper and wood grain background. Oh and the photo corners, the photo corners!!!!! Love them!
More of my favorites form the shoot.

Miss moops (Magnolia) and my desk project were featured over at Desire to Inspire today. Thank you Desire to Inspire for posting the photo, and my design project.
Magnolia sitting on the desk I made from 3/4″ plywood, cut to fit the bay widow, sanded then coated in white enamel and bracketed in place. She loves sitting up there looking down at the street below in Beacon Hill, Boston Massachusetts. Clear chair and sheep skin throw from IKEA, computer from Apple.com and kiity from Atlanta Pet Rescue.
I had a wonderful, fabulous long Memorial weekend. I hope you all did too. I can’t wait to share photos.

I am having so much fun photographing Flock boutique in Boston’s South End. We are shooting everything from store front to beautiful detail shots for use on their new website and press materials. The website is being designed by non other than Jessica Sutton Graphic Design.
Owner Danielle Kupsc, has created a dreamy, whimsical space though one of a kind furniture, handcrafted wall installations and meticulously selected merchandise by Danielle herself. The clothing, jewelry and home decor selections reflect Danielle’s commitment to supporting one of a kind artists, designers and craftsman. Every piece has a story. In fact, the store will be featured in this month’s WWD. (I’ll track it down and keep you posted.)
We will be doing some additional shots this weekend as the shop installs an amazing mossy wall art. I can’t wait to shoot it. Stay tuned for Flock’s full website soon!
