Animation Station

March 21, 2013

Video and animation content is huge for many of my clients.  It really brings alive sites and engages the viewer.  Here are some .gifs I did for Louis Boston. I absolutely love them.  It doesn’t hurt that the clothes were cool and the models were gorgeous.  SilkVestFixed TeaCupFixed

One of my favorite and absolutely hilarious sites, What Should We Call Me, has perfected the art of the gif.

Art and fashion

November 2, 2012

I am so excited I can finally share this photo shoot with you all.  A few weeks ago I photographed some amazing fall fashions for Louis at the DeCorvoda Sculpture Park and Museum.  This was a dream come true photo shoot for me, combining my love of art history, fashion and photography.  It was a great day of shooting, despite the fact that it rain during the entire day long shoot.  I actually think it made for some moodier shots.

Hello Fall!

August 29, 2012

The other week I photographed some new Fall accessories for Louis Boston.  They have recently revamped their website to include large high res photography and I just love it!  You really get the feel of the velvety cashmere, buttery leather and shiny jewelry.  Here are some photos from our shoot now on the Louis website

Opal is my birthstone and this ring was out of this world!

How perfect is this ring on this box?!?!  I couldn’t resist photographing them together.

I just want to dive into this pile of really expensive scarves!

Beautiful menswear.

Here are some more great Spring styles from the Louis Boston fashion shoot.  I could post them all, I love them so much, but had to edit them a bit.  I am also planning on making some fun animated gifs so stay tuned.  Until then, think spring, think color!

Happy weekend, happy Super Bowl and hopefully happy baby delivery for me.  (At 8 days past due she has got to come soon…right? :) )

The other week I had Spring on the brain hard core as I photographed warmer weather style for the high end clothing store Louis Boston.  We went with a street style approach to the editorial and despite the chilly temperatures and multiple shooting days and locations, the models were total rock stars.  It also didn’t hurt that many of the label we shot make up my dream closet, Marni, Roland Mouret, Balenciaga, Proenza Schouler…
